New Holland Main Water Line Co. runs a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent local plumbing professionals who handle main water lines. We are not the contractor. All work is performed by independent contractors, and any agreement for that work is between you and the contractor.

The professionals we connect you with run their own businesses. They decide how a job is done, set their own prices and are responsible for their own work. Ask the technician about the scope, the price and the terms of any workmanship guarantee before you agree to anything. We do not take part in that agreement.

We aim to connect every caller with a professional, but we cannot promise that one will be available at a given time or place. Same-day and emergency dispatch are offered only where a technician can take the job.

The pages on this site are general information. They are not professional, engineering or legal advice, and they cannot tell you what is wrong with your own line. Ownership of the private side of a water line usually rests with the homeowner, but it varies, so check with your water provider. Only an on-site professional can assess your property.

Do not misuse this site, interfere with how it works, or use the phone number for anything other than genuine requests about a main water line.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the actions of independent contractors, for delays in connecting a call, or for decisions you make based on the general information here.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
